Kardashians want out of debit card agreement

NEW YORK On Monday, a lawyer for the sisters notified parties affiliated with the card to stop using the names and images of Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian.

The sisters teamed with Mastercard to create a prepaid credit card for teens. The card launched last month.

Connecticut's attorney general had issued a warning to consumers about the Kardashian's and their credit card business. He warned about charges such as ATM fees, monthly fees and activation fees.
