Their bodies were found in a home in the 5000 block of Jenifer Avenue about 5:20 p.m.
Deputies learned that the person who called them had been called by Gamboa.
Authorities said Gamboa apologized for what he had done and requested that law enforcement be contacted, then apparently shot himself in the head.
