Officers discovered the two had vehicles filled with items possibly linked to up to 30 storage locker burglaries.
Detectives are working with investigators in other areas to return the stolen loot to its owners.
"We're having our third baby and I had kept the kids clothes for a reason," said Deanna Perea. "It's nice to get those back."
