A psychiatrist convicted of felony charges stemming from prescriptions she wrote for Anna Nicole Smith is asking to dismiss or reduce the case. Dr. Khristine Eroshevich is scheduled to be sentenced on four felony counts in January.

Smith died of a drug overdose in 2007.

Smith's lawyer-boyfriend, Howard K. Stern, who was convicted of two conspiracy counts, filed a similar motion earlier this week.

They could be sentenced to probation or up to three years in prison.
