There was even a bulletin that displayed all the "Urkels" at the school.
"Everybody who possibly needed to be Urkeled, they were Urkeled, " said the principal.
"I thought it was a joke - until I got Urkeled. All the girls will laugh and they'll tell you how ridiculous you look," according to one student.
The school's principal said the new dress code policy had drastically cut down the number of students who wear baggy pants to school.
