BURBANK, Calif. --
Police say a man who has been exposing himself to women in the Magnolia Park area of Burbank is on the loose.Three incidents have been reported so far. The man apparently whistles at women to get their attention, then exposes himself.
He's described as either white or Hispanic, between the ages of 35 and 40, 6-feet tall, with a shaved or bald head.
He wore a white shirt, a tie and dress pants.
