The shooting apparently happened after the man inside the mobile home and other residents scolded the teen suspect of driving recklessly, said police.
The wounded man was taken to an area hospital. His name was withheld.
The truck driven by the suspect was found on a dirt road inside another mobile home park on the 89000 block of Avenue 76 in Oasis, which is near where the suspect lives.
Police said they found evidence of the crime inside the suspect's truck.
