Study: Fish oil won't help with weight loss

Fish oil is good for a lot of things, like heart health and keeping your brain sharp. Some research even shows it's good for mood.But one thing it won't help you with is losing weight.

A new study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition shows if you're already dieting and exercising, taking fish oil capsules won't boost weight loss.

However, researchers note that while taking fish oil might not help shed pounds, taking it will still give you major cardiovascular benefits.
