WikiLeaks published a U.S. embassy cable on /*Shriver*/'s 2006 visit to India.
According to the cable, she met with Indian leader /*Sonia Gandhi*/ and invited her to attend Shriver's annual women's conference and also encouraged Gandhi to attend the Indian Special Olympics.
Gandhi did not commit to either event.
