TCU fans celebrated the nail-biting win outside the stadium in Pasadena.
"We've been like the dog chasing the car for years, moving up to higher level bowls until we got in the Rose Bowl. We caught the car and we did something with it," said one excited Texas fan.
Disappointed Wisconsin fans took consolation in what was at least an exciting game to watch.
"The game was a lot of fun so the whole experience has been great but the game was not what we wanted," said one fan.
