Working on a tip, police found Reeder last Friday in the city of Corona. An officer found him standing near a pay phone on 6th Street and Victoria Avenue.
He was arrested without incident. Reeder was booked at the /*Orange County*/ Jail and his bail was set at $1 million dollars.
Police dubbed him "the scanner bandit" because surveillance images of the bank robberies appear to show the suspect carrying a police scanner or similar device.
