Driver of fatal OC Ferrari crash due in court

A Ferrari crashed into a truck on the Pacific Coast Highway in Newport Beach, killing one and injuring several others on Dec. 24, 2009.

A 19-year-old Huntington Beach man is due in court Friday for arraignment more than a year after a deadly crash in a Ferrari.Luicci Nader is charged with felony vehicular manslaughter by unlawful manner of driving with gross negligence. He's jailed on $100,000 bail.

Prosecutors say on Christmas Eve 2009, Nader was speeding up to 100 miles an hour on Pacific Coast Highway in Newport Beach when he lost control of the sports car and slammed head on into truck.

His 24-year-old cousin was killed and the two people in the truck were seriously injured. Nader was also hurt.

He faces six years in prison if he's convicted.
