Redlands High School's robotics team has created remote controlled robots that can climb and make their way through a small obstacle course, picking up rings and putting them on posts. The team won a tournament this month at Sultana High School in Hesperia and now they're headed to Florida.

They'll be competing at the 2011 VEX Robotics World Championships in April.

The team is relying on donations to be able to go.

The group placed in the top 100 teams in last year's competition in Dallas.
