Shawn Dragman, 52, is accused of embezzling $186,000 from Hackney's restaurant in Glenview.
According to court documents, Dragman worked her way up to part-time bookkeeper and was responsible for depositing the day's receipts.
Authorities say she started stealing the money back in 2008.
