The centerpiece will be Shanghai Disneyland, a Magic Kingdom-style park with distinctly Chinese cultural touches.
The park will be Disney's fourth outside the U.S., after Paris, Tokyo and Hong Kong.
The resort, which is set to open in about five years, also will have two themed hotels, shopping, dining and recreation areas.
