The three each face a charge of felony vandalism for allegedly painting swastikas and other hateful messages at Calabasas High School last month.
The charges carry a hate crime allegation.
Two 16-year-olds and a 17-year-old are expected to be arraigned next month in Sylmar Juvenile Court.
Their names are not being released.
