WILKES-BARRE, Pa. (AP) - June 4, 2011

Based out of Wilkes-Barre, the team's ownership group consists of Joe DeLuca, Jim Jennings, Jack Manzella, Aaron Musselman, Anthony Santye, Ron Costello and Tom Cataldo.

"We are thrilled to be able to offer major-league entertainment to the Wilkes-Barre-Scranton area," Evans said. "Many players who will play on this team are the top U.S. players you just saw at the NCAA lacrosse finals. Not only will it be a competitive group on the turf, the team we have here will also be a big part of the community."

Former National Lacrosse League commissioner Jim Jennings was named team president.

When the league begins in January, the team will join the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of the American Hockey League as the primary tenants at the arena.

Additional NALL team announcements are expected this summer.
