The /*Supreme Court*/ refused Monday to hear an appeal from the "Blade" actor, who was convicted in 2008 on three misdemeanor counts of willfully not filing income tax returns.
Snipes started a three-year term in a federal minimum security in December.
The 48-year-old also has appeared in films, such as "White Men Can't Jump" and "Demolition Man."
