A judge ordered a man accused of harassing Lindsay Lohan to stay away from the actress for the next two years.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Joseph Biderman issued the restraining order against David Cocordan on Wednesday in Santa Monica.

Lohan said Cocordan sent her more than 100 strange text messages and left chocolates at her house.

A judge granted a temporary restraining order in May, which prohibited Cocordan from attempting to meet or contact the actress.

According to court documents, Lohan said she was frightened of the 38-year-old man.

In one text message, Cocordan claimed he was in the courtroom in April when the 24-year-old actress was sentenced to 120 days in jail.
