The first victim was approached by the suspect in the area of Temple Avenue and 20th Street Wednesday night.
When she refused to talk him, the man tried to grab her. She was able to escape, and she contacted police who found the suspect nearby.
During that investigation, a witness reported he saw the same suspect assault another woman outside a restroom at Discovery Well Park about 15 minutes earlier, but police have not been able to locate that victim.
