Hammocks can help adults get deeper sleep

Turns out it's not just babies that respond well to being rocked to sleep. Adults can also benefit from a soothing sway when trying to get some quality shut-eye.

Researchers in Europe say the rocking motion of a hammock improves sleep quality and can actually help people fall asleep faster.

In a study released Tuesday, scientists say swaying back and forth has a lasting effect on brain activity, leading to deeper sleep.
