Gilbert Herrick recently got married for the first time at the ripe age of 99.
Herrick met his wife, 86-year-old Virginia Hartman, at their nursing home in Rochester, New York. The nursing home wouldn't let them share a room unless they got married, so he asked, and she accepted.
As for the honeymoon, the couple joked they had wanted to elope to Fiji.
