Charlie Sheen next roastee for Comedy Central

July 5, 2011 12:00:00 AM PDT
Comedy Central announced Tuesday that Charlie Sheen will be the subject of its next celebrity roast.

The show will be taped in Los Angeles and air on Sept. 19, the same night Ashton Kutcher debuts as Sheen's replacement in the CBS comedy, "Two and a Half Men."

Sheen was thrown off the show after his partying and bizarre behavior forced a production shutdown.

The Comedy Central roast is scheduled for 10 p.m., an hour after "Two and a Half Men."

"You could say I've been providing kindling for this roast for a while. It's time to light it up. It's going to be epic," said Sheen.
