The settlement comes in cases involving the medical records of two apparently very famous patients.
It's unclear who those patients were, but the complaints were filed between 2005 and 2009.
That's around the same time state laws were passed to protect celebrity privacy after a series of breaches at UCLA involving medical records for celebrities like the late Farrah Fawcett and then-first lady Maria Shriver.
