Dealers offer luxury cars in children's hospital fundraiser

LOMA LINDA, Calif.

Steven and Cathy Kienle, owners of Walter's Automotive Group in Riverside, have offered eight vehicles and assorted other prizes in an attempt to raise money for Loma Linda University Children's Hospital.

According to the hospital, prizes offered will include a grand prize choice of a 2012 Audi A5, Audi Q5, Mercedes-Benz GLK350, Mercedes-Benz C300, Porsche Boxster, two Smart Cars, or a Sprinter Commercial Van. Additional prizes will be awarded, including a K. Norris Jewelers diamond bracelet valued at $2,500; a 2012 NASCAR Sprint Cup Weekend VIP Package provided by Auto Club Speedway; and a Men's Mercedes-Benz Watch valued at $450.

"Opportunity tickets" will be sold, 1,400 of them, at $100 apiece. The drawing will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 19.
