Green Parrot dispensary, located at 1001 East Chapman Avenue, was cited and shut down on July 7. The dispensary was within 300 feet of Raymond Elementary School.
"Marijuana dispensaries, collectives and cooperatives are not allowed to operate within the City of Fullerton", said Fullerton Police Sgt. Andrew Goodrich.
Police say the owner, 21-year-old Derek Gonzalez, had approximately 400 clients. Gonzalez has been cited for a variety of code violations.
