Deer found swimming in seal tank at Conn. aquarium

NORWALK, Conn.

The animal somehow found itself in the Maritime Aquarium's indoor-outdoor seal exhibit.

Workers kept the seals in an interior part of the tank, while they made several attempts to catch the deer in a net. After about a half hour, they finally managed to get the deer out using a ramp.

Aquarium workers believe the deer got into the exhibit after swimming from the Norwalk River.

The seals and the deer were unharmed.
