SANTA ANA, Calif.

Investigators say Santa Ana resident Samuel Martinez Gonzalez picked up the girls in Texas with the promise he would take them to the beach.

He allegedly forced them to work as prostitutes in Southern California.

One of the girls was allegedly found with Gonzalez, and the other two were found at a local hotel. The girls are now in protective custody.
