Authorities responded to a call about what looked like possible bank robbers going inside a Wells Fargo branch at about 8 a.m. on Florence Avenue, east of Central Avenue.
Armed deputies were seen going into the bank, and then coming back out. Deputies repeated that move a few times before using a fire truck ladder to see if the possible suspects escaped through the bank's roof.
There has been no confirmation that the bank was burglarized.
The investigation is ongoing.
