Ecstasy found to have cancer-fighting powers

LOS ANGELES

Researchers at University of Birmingham in England said they have found a way to unleash the drug's cancer-fighting power, making it a viable treatment for leukemia, lymphoma and other cancers.

Now scientists are working to create the so-called designer drug in a safe form, but they say that could take years.
