The incident happened around 9:14 p.m. at the gas station on 2199 S. Victoria Avenue. Police said the driver was an elderly person.
Witnesses said the vehicle was traveling north on Victoria Avenue when it unexpectedly crossed a center median and went into the building, which was open for business at the time of the crash, according to police.
A 46-year-old woman was treated at the scene for back pain. Police said the driver was not hurt.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
