U.S. Navy Corpsman Daniel Morgan, who is accused of making a bomb threat to San Clemente High School, will be investigated by the military and not the Orange County Sheriff's Department.

The 22-year old went AWOL earlier this month from Camp Pendleton.

Last week more than 3,000 students were evacuated on the first day of school, but a search of the campus turned up no explosives.

Investigators say they found a written bomb threat while searching Morgan's barracks.
