Police release sketches in LB murder case

LONG BEACH, Calif.

Long Beach police say Franklin Robles, 33, of Lake Elsinore was shot and killed by two men when he went to Long Beach to buy an SUV on Aug. 9, 2010. He was killed in the 1400 block of West 16th Street.

Investigators say the suspects and two accomplices were later spotted burglarizing Robles' home.

Both men are described as African American, 35 to 40 years old, with heavy builds.
