Nestle Purina PetCare is releasing what it says is the first TV commercial designed to appeal directly to dogs. The ad will first be shown in Austria.
The company says it discovered a combination of sounds that attract a dog's attention without distracting from the human-focused dialogue.
The ad features a squeaky dog toy and a bell.
