Police responded to the shooting in the 600 block of East 53rd Street near Atlantic Avenue at 8:45 p.m. Saturday and found three male shooting victims.
The men were rushed to a local hospital, where one later died. Another man is said to be in critical condition. The condition of the third man was unknown.
A motive for the shooting has not yet been determined, and suspect descriptions were not immediately available.
