"Michael Jackson: The Life of an Icon" was scheduled to be shown at London's Empire Theatre on Wednesday, with Jackson's siblings, Rebbie and Tito, expected to attend.
According to producer David Gest, the documentary provides a unique look at the King of Pop and features interviews with family and close friends. The documentary is also said to show never before seen footage and photographs of the star.
Jackson's mother, Katherine, has canceled a trip to London to attend the final days of the Los Angeles trial of Dr. Conrad Murray.
The movie was released on DVD and Blu-ray in the U.K. on Oct. 31.
