Police said the woman was pushing a 1-year-old boy and 3-year-old girl in strollers across Civic Center Drive when a Volvo hit them. They suffered non-life-threatening injuries, according to authorities.
A 5-year-old child and another woman were not hurt in the incident.

The driver has a known medical condition and was taken to the hospital for a checkup. It's unknown if she will face charges.
