Lindsay Lohan's father enters plea deal in Tampa

TAMPA, Fla.

According to the agreement reached between Michael Lohan and Hillsborough County prosecutors, the 51-year-old will spend four months of his one-year probation at a residential program in Fort Myers. He must also complete a domestic violence batterer's intervention program.

The agreement bans him from having any contact with Kate Major, his on-and-off girlfriend.

The 51-year-old was first arrested in Tampa in October, with bail set at $5,000. He was ordered by a judge to not make any contact with Major.

Police said he grabbed her arms and pushed her down multiple times during an argument.

Two days after his first arrest, Lohan was accused of violating the terms of his release by making a harassing phone call to Major just hours after being released from jail.
