According to investigators, a patrol unit identified the car and pulled it over on the 118 Freeway near Porter Ranch. The driver refused to provide the officer with any information and drove away.
The pursuit continued to Tapo Canyon Road in Ventura County, where the driver finally stopped and did not resist. He was questioned at length and placed in a CHP unit.
The name of the driver has not been released.
