J.R. Martinez wins 'Dancing With The Stars' season 13

LOS ANGELES

"All My Children" actor and Iraq War veteran /*J.R. Martinez*/ and partner /*Karina Smirnoff*/ won season 13 of "/*Dancing With The Stars*/."

The win marked the first mirror ball trophy for Smirnoff, who has appeared on 10 seasons of the ballroom dance competition.

Martinez and Smirnoff received 30 out of 30 for their Instant Samba and 28 out of 30 for their favorite dance, a Jive from week 2, on Tuesday's finale. On Monday, the pair received 24 out of 30 from the judges for their Cha Cha and 30 out of 30 for their freestyle dance for a total of 54 out of 60 points.

"Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star /*Rob Kardashian*/ and partner /*Cheryl Burke*/ came in second place. The couple received 30 out of 30 for their Instant Samba and 26 out of 30 for their favorite dance, a Fox Trot from week 3.

Talk show host and actress /*Ricki Lake*/ and her partner /*Derek Hough*/ were eliminated halfway through the final show, finishing third in the competition. The couple received a 30 for their favorite dance, a Tango from week 4.

/*Lady Antebellum*/ had the final ballroom music performance for season 13. The country music band performed their single "Dancing Away with My Heart," off their new album "Own the Night," and their hit song "Need You Now."

Tuesday's two-hour finale also included appearances by this season's former contestants: TV personalities Nancy Grace and Carson Kressley, reality star Kristin Cavallari, actors David Arquette and Elisabetta Canalis, singer Chynna Phillips, activist Chaz Bono, soccer star Hope Solo and basketball player Metta World Peace, a.k.a. Ron Artest.
