Under a proposed class action settlement, Ticketmaster would give customers $1.50 for each ticket bought between October 1999 and October of this year.
The ticketing agency imposed those charges as processing fees. The lawsuit claims those charges were not fully disclosed.
If the settlement is approved, customers will be eligible for a refund beginning April 2012.
