At least 10 were hurt in a Black Friday scuffle at a Porter Ranch Wal-Mart when a shopper started pepper spraying the crowd.

The woman accused of spraying fellow Black Friday shoppers with pepper spray will not face felony charges, but she's not off the hook just yet.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's office said 32-year-old Elizabeth Macias could still face misdemeanor charges.

Video posted on YouTube captured the wild scene at the Porter Ranch Wal-Mart when video games went on sale.

Police said it is possible Macias used the pepper spray in self-defense.

She left the store and surrendered the next day, but she declined to be interviewed by police.
