Millions of monarch butterflies travel to Mexico forest

MICHOACAN, Mexico

The number of butterflies have declined in past years, apparently because of changing weather and an ongoing drought.

The winged visitor has also been hit hard by deforestation around its winter nesting grounds, but thanks to government-sponsored programs to save trees and fight global warming, the number of trees being cut down has declined.
