Sheriff's investigators said a man was stabbed just before 9 p.m. and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
A witness said he encountered the victim's friend, who then ran away from the scene.
"After he said my friend has been stabbed, I ran over to the vehicle and sure enough, there was an individual in the car and he was hunched over and holding himself kind of like he'd been injured," said witness Chris Anderson.
Sheriff's investigators described the victim as a Hispanic male adult, but they have not yet released his name or any suspect information.
