Kick chocolate cravings to the curb, burn calories


New research out of Britain suggests taking a brisk 15-minute walk might be all you need to do to kick the craving.

They found that people who took a quick walk, versus those who rested, ended up doing less snacking overall during the workday.

Experts say most of the snacking done at work is mindless and done more out of boredom than craving.
