Thieves cut a lock and stole nine goats Sunday night from the school's Future Farmers of America program.
Teachers tracked down the stolen goats to a local slaughter house and someone's home on Wednesday.
Police recovered seven of the goats and are returning them to the school, but it was too late for the other two goats that had been killed.
Two adults face charges of grand theft of livestock. Two under-age suspects were also arrested.
