A company based in Corona has brought Mario Kart to life. Nintendo commissioned West Coast Customs to build two life-sized Mario Karts.

It was part of a promotion to launch "Mario Kart 7," the latest sequel in the series. The car remodeling company had only 30 days to create the Karts in time for last month's L.A. Auto Show.

The vehicles can reach up to 30 miles per hour.

One of the Karts is being raffled off, while the other is going to Nintendo's headquarters.
