Shane Crawford, 37, works for First Student School Bus Transportation Services, which provides buses for the Saddleback Valley Unified School District.
None of the alleged victims were children he met on the job.
Deputies said the molestations happened this month at Crawford's Laguna Hills apartment complex.
They said the youngest victim is 3 years old.
