William Simpson Jr., 19, is accused of stabbing three people at a house last Tuesday, killing an 18-year-old woman.
The woman's father and her 17-year-old friend were also stabbed and hospitalized in critical condition.
Simpson was arrested Friday night at his mother's house and brought back to Murrieta.
