The alleged incident happened last Saturday on the 5700 block of North Victoria Avenue.
Authorities said Juan Donato, 21, and Jose Castillo, 40, took the victim to a residence nearby and repeatedly raped her while holding a knife to her throat.
The victim was later driven back to the casino, where she managed to alert the authorities.
